Roles and Responsibilities

• Operational Efficiency - Assist shop Supervisor on daily routine activities. Maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Generating Sales - Assist Supervisor to reach and exceed the sale goals.
• Communication & staff motivation - Excellent communication skills with ability to deal with any kind of customer personality. Self motivated.
• Inventory Control - Assist in inventory management and housekeeping.
• Customer Services - Provide customer service, product knowledge and recommendations to customers.

Requirements

• Retail experience preferred.
• Pleasant looking, service orientated, and bilingual.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Very enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Excellent understanding of retail hours.
